If your file will not upload it is possible that the file contains some errors or is a malformed CSV.
Malformed CSV
An easy way to check if this is the case is by trying to upload a different CSV file. This can be achieved by using a file that you have used with us before, that worked, or by using some sample email address.
Sample email addresses:
someone@hotmail.com
anyone@gmail.com
someone@outlook.com
nobody@yahoo.com
justme@icloud.com
